Psoriasis (PsO) and Atopic Dermatitis (AD) are not only physical conditions, but also a source of emotional distress and social stigma for many patients. That is why we strive to provide innovative solutions that can offer holistic care and support for PsO and AD patients throughout their journey. We believe that by empowering patients to take control of their disease and integrating all aspects of their well-being, we can make a positive difference in their lives.
We are looking for innovative solutions to address some of the main challenges related to the PsO and AD Patient Journey. To do so, we propose the following two challenges:
PsO challenge: How might we optimize psoriasis patient management by early, continuous, and tailored interventions to improve patients’ long-term outcomes?
AD challenge: How might we reduce the number of uncontrolled AD patients to deliver patient-centered care?
This call is open until May 15th to candidates from Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, United Kingdom, Poland, Slovakia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
