What kind of personal data do we process?	We process the personal data that you provide to us during the registration process and other personal data that we collect from a technical perspective and also by means of the cookies.

We may use your personal data to (i) make you available the use of the Site and provide you with the services contained in this platform; (ii) improve your user experience in the Site and have a customized interaction with you and (iii) update you on other Almirall’s news, activities, products and services, including promotional information, which might be of your interest through any channel. If you are a HealthCare Professional (HCP), we may also process your personal data for other purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy for the interactions with HCPs.
Which is our lawfulness to process your personal data?	Our lawfulness to process your data on the Site lies on your specific consent when you register and when you decide to receive electronic commercial communications from Almirall or to track your activity on this website to tailor our communications to you and improve your user experience. To perform our contractual obligations towards you in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Site. And in our legitimate interest to run the Site. In addition, if you are a HCP, depending on other activities and interactions that you may have with Almirall, the processing of your data may lie on the lawfulness established in our Privacy Policy for the interactions with HCPs.
¿How long will we keep your personal data?	Your personal data will be stored and processed until the earlier of: your request to us to erase your personal data and cancel your account, or until the period of time in which Almirall is obliged to comply with any legal obligation that may arise in connection with any service provided through the Site or if we identify you as an “inactive” user. If you are a Health Care Professional, please note that your data will be processed as long as it is correct and you remain linked to a health-related profession, during the maximum period required by Law or as required by sectorial self-regulation, without prejudice to the fact that, due to legal requirements, this temporary period may be extended.
Are we going to share your personal data?	Your Data will not be shared with third parties other than our service providers who help us better to provide you with our services and our communications.

2.1. Who is the controller of the data you provide?

2.2. Which kind of personal data we process?

We may collect and process the following data about you:

a. Information you give us. You may give us information during your registration process in the Site or whenever you fill in a form which is necessary in addition to such register, whenever you edit your personal profile and/or when you report a problem with our Site. In each case, we try to limit to collect the necessary information we need for the purposes to process your request in each case. The information you give us may include but not be limited to your name, address, e-mail address, country, work centre, position and information about your projects.

We and our third-party service providers passively collect and use information in a variety of ways, including the following.

Your personal data will be used for different purposes as follows:

• To provide you with the services of the Site, including but not limited to participating in calls for Collaboration Opportunities, having access to exclusive information available for registered users and communications or news about Almirall activities, scientific initiatives, and news available at the Site. These services will require prior registration, as explained in our Terms of Use.
• Part of the data is collected also in order to ensure error-free provision of the Site. We could also use them to obtain an analysis about the traffic of our Site with the aim of improving the offered contents and providing a better service.
• If you consent so, we may improve your experience user and have a customized interaction with you by combining data of your activity, interests and preferences, your navigation habits and behaviours, collected in the platform or gathered from internal and external sources. • If you are a HealthCare Professional, your data may be processed for other purposes related to the typical interactions that Almirall has with these stakeholders, such as entering into services with Almirall, participating in clinical trials, participating in Advisory Boards, management of Adverse Events in relation to Almirall products, etc, as further explained in our Privacy Policy for the interactions with HealthCare Professionals.

Your personal data will not be used for any other different purposes.

2.4. For how long will we keep your personal data?

The personal data you provide to us will be stored and processed until the earlier of: your request to us to erase your personal data and cancel your account (as indicated in section 2.7 below), or until the period of time in which Almirall is obliged to comply with any legal obligation that may arise in connection with any service provided through the Site or if we identify you as an “inactive” user, as more fully detailed in our Terms of Use.

If you are a HealthCare Professional and Almirall processes your data in light of the purposes described in our Privacy Policy for the interactions with HealthCare Professionals, the applicable retention periods will be the ones described in such Privacy Policy

2.5. Which is our lawfulness to process your personal data?

The processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated above is based on your specific consent. If you use the Site without register and log in, the lawfulness lies on the legitimate interest we have to run the Site and the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Site.

In addition, if you are a HCP, depending on other activities and interactions that you may have with Almirall, and depending the type of interaction you have with Almirall, the processing of your data may lie on the lawfulness further explained in our Privacy Policy for the interactions with HealthCare Professionals. Where necessary, an additional consent for the processing of your data may be requested.

2.6. Are we going to share your personal data?

Data will not be shared with third parties other than our services providers who help us to better provide you with the services related to the Site and to make direct marketing based on your profile (i.e. for digital campaigns and data analytics, among others), (hereinafter, the “Recipients”).

Whenever information needs to be transferred and that requires an International Transfer of personal data to a subsidiary or supplier in a country that has not received the decision of the appropriate protection level issued by the European Commission, the data will be duly protected by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, the binding corporate rules applicable to data processors, or other mechanisms that ensure appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

2.7. Which are your rights as data subject and how you can exercise them?

You may exercise at any time any of the following rights before Almirall in connection with the processing of your personal data:

• Right of access: means the right to obtain access to your information that Almirall processes.
• Right to rectification: means the right to be entitled to have your information corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Right to erasure: in simple terms, it means to request the deletion or removal of the information concerning him/her where there is no compelling reason for an organisation to keep using it. This right is also known as “the right to be forgotten” and is not a general right to erasure; there are exceptions.
• Right to restrict processing: means the right to ‘block’ or suppress further use of the information concerning You in certain circumstances. When processing is restricted, we inform you that Almirall can still store your information, but may not use it further.
• Right to data portability: means the right to obtain and reuse personal data by a third party in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format in certain circumstances. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another data controller, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.
• Right to object: means the right to object to certain types of processing, in certain circumstances.

The lawfulness of the data processing up to your consent withdrawal remains unaffected by the revocation.
