Since its launch last September, more than 320 Scientists from 43 different countries have been registered on AlmirallShare, our open innovation platform. Among those who signed in, we have received 116 proposals. Thanks Scientists for your participation!
Through AlmirallShare first call, the Scientific community was invited to submit translational preclinical model proposals focused on key skin diseases such as psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, acne and rosacea. This call closed at the end of December. The second challenge, focused on the search for a high performance system to evaluate topical drug delivery, closed at the end of October. Each and every one of the proposals received is being reviewed by Almirall team, who will suggest the best way to move forward those that are finally selected.
We are convinced that these excellent results will help us to establish collaborative projects in dermatological research and to find cutting-edge solutions to improve skin’s health.
